Organist and composer

He was organist of the cathedral of Barcelona from 1742. He taught Carles Baguer, who replaced him in his post. He composed organ music in a style that combined the Iberian organ tradition with the new currents of galant style. His output is present in throughout Catalan musical archives, which indicates the wide dissemination of his music.
