Kapellmeister and composer

He studied with Benet Buscarons. Between 1706 and 1709, he taught provisionally at the basilica of Sant Just and Sant Pastor. He was also a singer in the church of Santa Maria del Pi where, in 1711, he was appointed Kapellmeister. His output shows a deep knowledge of the late Baroque style. Among his preserved output, his Magnificat for 5 voices and the motet Cenantibus illis has received musicological attention.
